The Trelleborg Thermoliner Stretch SL is the ideal product for rehabilitating sections with dimensional changes and multiple bends of up to 90°.
Suitable for relining DN150 - DN225 (6'' - 9'') pipelines.
Its outstanding impregnation characteristics ensure easy handling and trouble-free installation, delivering high-quality results.
The PES nonwoven carrier material allows for installation with minimal pressure and excellent lining of bends. The special substrate material also enables overfilling the liner with resin, achieving superior final wall thicknesses in the expanded areas if required.
The Thermoliner Stretch SL is compatible with all known curing methods. When curing with steam, a temperature limit of 80 °C / 176 °F must be observed. At higher steam temperatures, a suitable calibration hose should be used to protect the hose from damage.
Due to its good stretchability, areas outside of the pipe must be protected against unwanted expansion using a preliner or calibration hose.
